See an Active Activist in One day against the State

I went to the 8th District Court today for my normal Don’t Take a Plea outreach this is February 11th Thursday .
After a half hour of passing out fliers , unlike other activist i actually sit in on the arraignments for the morning .
I converse with Prosecutors ask questions and denounce the victim-less charges they have there.
Visit Forum.ShireSociety.com for details.
Darcy hall No plea, request for trial .
Matthew Murray no plea, request for trial and claims it was the flier that helped his decision and wants to take it fully to trial on getting stopped with an out of state suspended license .
Stanley Santaw no plea, request for trial.
Alicia Marshall no plea deal, request for trial .

After Leaving the Court I proceeded to go to State Attorneys Office to follow up with a Complaint of Police ordered to be Sequestered during Jury Trials conversing about the case among other Prosecutor Witnesses in the same room when the Administrative rules of Court Procedure under statute states they need to be separated .
This was witnessed at the James Cleveland Trial with multiple Cops all put in a small room together .

I then traveled to Winchester Ct, Keene to interview two College students Nicole and Pete to ask what their take is on the new City Ordinance in reducing the noise curfew from 11pm to 10pm .
During this interaction i noticed what is known to be a Code Enforcement car so I pulled my camera out and almost got hit and the City Bureaucrat failed to yield this is what happened.

I then called the State after the State to record how the double standard will apply to the situation and this is that interaction .

RSA 265:35, 36 States that car must yield or stop or clear to opposite side of road.
After going to the Monopoly Station this is the wall I hit when I arrived

Don’t Answer Police Questions!

On my way home from recording the “Free the Nipple” trials in Laconia this week, I was pulled over in Tilton for having a Shire Society license plate on the front of the cruiser I was driving and a Wisconsin plate on the back. Here’s the interaction I had with the officer. To his credit, he let me put the other Wisconsin plate on and did not ticket me.

This isn’t legal advice, but it’s generally a bad idea to speak to police. The more talking you do, the closer you get to being issued a ticket or arrested for something. When the officer asks the routine question about the address on the license, he’s fishing to see if you’ve moved recently, and if you have done so without notifying the state within some amount of days. He can write you a ticket for that. So, by answering that question innocently, many people will walk themselves right into another fine.

Better to not assist them with their investigation of you. I’m not perfect, and I do give him a little information in this video. Here’s the video of the encounter:

Credit to Kenny Suiter for this simple approach to police stops that gives the driver the ability to respond to police questions, which is one’s natural inclination the police are trained to exploit, by simply informing them that you are not answering questions. Over and over. Here’s Kenny’s inspirational video.

A Man Who is The Pillar of Activism

In the summer of 2013 I met Robin Hood founder and activist James Cleveland.
While riding my bike and feeding meters with Robin Hood of Keene I was approached by Officer Christopher Simonds of the Keene Police Department .
He asked me if i was chilling with the Free Staters and I answered “Yes, I am.”
The conversation went into talking about football and kids .
When I returned home I noticed a new video posted on Youtube from Freeman TV raw.
In the video, James, was increasingly concerned on the amount of time K.P.D had me there.
In the video James was driving in his car with Robin Hooder Garrett Ean.
After I saw this I inquired about who this activist was and I also searched relevant video’s.
I saw footage of this man getting punched by local drunks , going through numerous DUI checkpoints, going to chalking events, city hall meetings , involving himself in membership meetings, speaking keynotes at conventions and traveling to statewide liberty events like PorcFest and Liberty Forum.
I thought, “WOW, what an activist, but what about the person ?”
James invited me to go along with him and two others to a Summer DUI checkpoint in Manchester and there I learned about the type of heart this guy has. His beliefs and his views against Police and Federal take over.
During the event the amount of activists in Manchester was uncanny.
There were 30 to 50 activists holding signs , some alone and some in little groups of five or six people.
In front of one of the groups a Manchester cop dared to pull over a car .
The driver was impaired and I saw first hand how James responded to the victim being caged for alleged impairment. James yelled where do you live while ignoring the Officers request to not speak to the driver.
The driver yelled “A block away , next street over on the left , second house.”
James yelled back and told the guy “Give me your keys! I will drive your car home . ” The Police officer got a little combative and tossed fake policies he made up from his head then denied this action in any way he could .
This did not shut James down he followed the Cop with the kidnapped victim to the police department and bailed the guy out of jail.
I have never been so impressed with anyone like i was on this night .
This well spoken , clean cut , activist with a soft persona was the most effective activist I have yet to encounter.
He built a new business which he later sold due to a string of bad luck which started with a false arrest when getting inventory in another state for his business. After spending huge amounts of funds on his defense because of a ridiculous Lawsuit filed by the City of Keene against him , which later was dismissed ,appealed and dismissed again. He was then arrested again for resisting arrest and disorderly conduct which went to a bench trial only to be appealed. Then, today a Jury in Superior Court found him not guilty of resisting arrest and there was an even split 6/6 on disorderly. Consequently a mistrial was issued .
This activist, James Cleveland, went into a war zone in the midst of SWAT soldiers and hot headed local Cops chasing a Robbery suspect with a gun!
The individual with a gun killed himself with a self inflicted gun shot .
The Cops lied and made up stories about James resisting arrest and making a make believe imaginary line area in which they caledl off limits.
After he came out of his hearing today , James had a big smile on his face as he was greeted by friends , his love interest , and fellow activists.
To be involved in several types of mind blowing activism that have gained national attention such as Fox news, Colbet Report , among others .
would classify him in my mind as a Pillar of activism in our community.

Video of the Cop Block Panel @ Keenevention 2015

Keene, NH holds the distinction of being the home of both Cop Block founders Pete Eyre and Ademo Freeman. New Hampshire is also the destination for the Free State Project, which is encouraging liberty-minded people, including police accountability activists, to move together so as to be more effective. What better place to hold a yearly panel discussing Cop Blocking?

JP Freeman of Keene Cop Block headed up this year’s Cop Block Panel at Keenevention. Panelists took audience questions and discussed various aspects and experiences of Cop Blocking in New Hampshire and included Steven Daves of Keene Cop Block, Jessica Phillips of Keene Cop Block, plus Ann Leverette and Rob Mathias of the Rebel Love Show.

Keene Cop Block Assists Christopher David, Civ Dis UBER Driver

JP Freeman and Jessica Phillips of Keene Cop Block traveled to Portsmouth this morning to accompany Christopher David as he turned himself in on a felony wiretapping charge. Free Keene broke the story of Chris’ civil disobedience of illegally driving people around Portsmouth as a driver with UBER. He was targeted by police for recording audio of a bouncer at a bar (who it appears is a cab driver by day) threatening Chris. Now, he’s facing years in prison.

JP recorded a brief interview with Chris before he turned himself in to be arrested for the first time in his life. Chris points out in the interview that he’s only turning himself in so the cops don’t bust in during his fiancee’s upcoming home birth and take him away then:

He turns himself over to PPD for booking and is released – here’s the video JP took of the moment he was released back to the semi-free world: (more…)
